Warpless
Riding on the first cloud saves time and is easier than dealing with the green piranhas. The second cloud saves much less time, and it can be difficult to hit the lakitu, so it is often advisable to skip using the second cloud.
5-1 Swag
Skipping the neutral in the air shot you can go for this risky swag and save an egg as well. Does not save time.
